Dr.Kan graduated from the Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in 1989 and has been in practice ever since.He comes from a family of dentists. When asked why he chose to become a dentist his response is " It is what I was born to do. I could never imagine being in a different career." Dr. Kan is married and has three children.
Dr. Kan truly enjoys practising all the different fields of general dentistry with their particular challenges and techniques. He practises conservative dentistry with an emphasis on conserving tooth structure and maintaining a healthy oral environement. Dr. Kan has been recognized for his services by the Consumers Research Council of America and by the Washington Consumers Checkbook.
